Is it possible to hire this talent graphic designer or are they booked up doing multi-million dollar avant-garde pieces?

Having an active lifestyle is no doubt a good thing, and it can help some people, but the [evidence for anti-depressive effects of exercise is both tenuous](https://bmjopen.bmj.com/content/7/9/e014820) and overstated. Saying that exercise is the most potent anti-depressant is not only demonstrably and unequivocally false, but it is also dangerous. Bill Phillips is NOT a scientist, and he makes profits by selling nutritional supplements which have no proven health benefits.

Why is there a bowl of peanuts on the left with all this junk food? Is there a reason they picked this out?

Do these people who make ridiculous claims like this even know what mental illness is, or do they just think "sadboy lazy so sad" I don't think food has ever helped with my anxiety. Not eating is a symptom of anxiety, not a cause of it. And remember the most "potent" anti-depressant is exercise, but still Olympic level atheletes have gotten depression and need medication, and at least one is now extremely vocal about their history of mental illness.

Exercise being the most potent antidepressant? Nah. Exercise being the most underutilized antidepressant? I would personally say yes, but still debatable I guess? Exercise being the most potent of the antidepressants that themselves are underutilized? Sure...?
