    This is awesome, currently overweight and on a journey to lose my belly! 24 lbs down, 35 to go! When I first started out I was really afraid of going to the gym as I always saw super fit people and just assumed they are judging me, some may be, but I realized that nobody cares about your flaws, because they’re too busy worrying about their own flaws.

    To be honest, I will never make fun of big size people or skinny people going to gym. Or even judging them. I will quietly cheer them on in my mind. Only those fucking assholes that is jacked up thinking he owns the gym and hogging the bench with his GF chatting on it for an hour refusing to let others use the bench.

    This is me. I’ve recently started lifting weights, I’m thin as a twig and sick of it. Only thing I hate is seeing all these other fit people lifting and I’m struggling to lift bare minimum, makes it hard for me to continue because I feel like everyone is judging lol

    It looks like he may be utilizing his left shoulder to compensate for lack of bicep strength in his left arm. Although I saw some comments mentioning he may have scoliosis so I am not sure if he can curl properly. If he does not, he should definitely learn to relax the shoulders and isolate the biceps while curling.
