“Pride is not the opposite of shame, but it's source. True humility is the only antidote to shame.”―Iroh

This is a great quote. It's about the balance between the extremes of narcissism and self-hatred.

Context is the keystone of all truth, and putting yourself in context leaves few reasons to think about yourself at all.

This is what C.S. Lewis said about humility in Mere Christianity: “Do not imagine that if you meet a really humble man he will be what most people call 'humble' nowadays: he will not be a sort of greasy, smarmy person, who is always telling you that, of course, he is nobody. Probably all you will think about him is that he seemed a cheerful, intelligent chap who took a real interest in what you said to him. If you do dislike him it will be because you feel a little envious of anyone who seems to enjoy life so easily. He will not be thinking about humility: he will not be thinking about himself at all.”

It's like you must be proud of yourself no matter what the world says .

"it is thinking of yourself less" "yourself less" "self less" He is describing selflessness, not humility. It was an attempt to be clever with words, and had to misdefine things in order to do so. And the internet doesn't seem to think that's an actual C.S. Lewis quote.

I disagree. True humility is being aware of your strengths *and* your limitations. Nothing less, nothing more.
